NOvember...

This chapter iz a chapter (month) to remind me, that NO is a sentence. I struggled for

books (years) with this specific wisdom. I would hear NO ringing in my soul, mynd,

and body. Yet I continued on in the betrayal of me. I suffered hugely in multiple areas

in my life. I was more concerned about letting others down. I needed to be loyal

because I needed loyalty. In these backwards pursuits, I suffered more than I helped

me. Consequently, I was introduced to my buddy boundaries. Me oh my, did my..

JOurneY change purposefully. I realize being loyal to me connects loyalty.

I begin to trust my boundaries as alerts to allwayz consider me. After all I am

the most IMPORTANT soul in my life. I no longer give what I don't have. I live my life

as a seed. I know what EY3 SOW EY3 GROW! I send magnet peace accompanied
